Tracker Owners

When you create a tracker, we may collect:

• Estimated delivery date
• Optional courier or delivery label name
• Pregnancy milestone dates
• Tracker updates you choose to post

Subscribers

If someone subscribes to tracker updates, we collect:

• Email address
• Subscription timestamp
• Associated tracker identifier

• PHP session identifiers
• IP address (via standard server logs)
• Basic browser and device information

• Create and manage pregnancy trackers
• Send tracker update emails to subscribers

3. Tracker Privacy & Public Links

Each tracker uses a randomly generated public identifier. Trackers are not indexed by search engines by default.

• Protected by a password chosen by the tracker owner

We use PHP sessions to maintain login state, protect against unauthorised access, and ensure secure operation of the site.

These cookies are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality.

• Passwords are never stored in plain text
• Passwords are securely hashed using industry-standard methods
• Password reset tokens are time-limited

6. Email Communications

We send emails only for:

• Tracker updates you subscribed to
• Email verification
• Password reset requests

You can unsubscribe from tracker notifications at any time using the link provided in emails.

7. Data Retention

• Tracker data is retained until deleted by the owner
• Subscriber data is removed when a tracker is deleted
• Password reset tokens expire automatically
